When You Are Having A Bad Day…DO THIS

What’s up,

I wanted to talk to ya about my favorite thing about the
gym…

You know when you are just haven a shitty day?

The gym is always there for you…

When life throws you curve balls…

The gym is always there for you.

Sometimes no matter what life is gonna get up and
punch you in the face…

And it may hit you really fuckin hard.

Either way…

Don’t not go to the gym.

Stick to your program.

Keep following it.

Man…

If it weren’t progressions in the gym I would probably be
crazy by now :).

So just remember…

When things are down…

Get your ass in the gym and train hard.
