What Happens In Vegas…

What’s up,

So I am just getting back into the swing of things since heading off
to Las Vegas last week.

I did manage to get in a couple of good hotel room Bodyweight
workouts while I was gone.

As for dieting while in Sin City…

I gotta say…

I did indulge myself quite with food, but I was able to get a couple of
fasted walking sessions each morning.

One thing I observed while roaming the streets of Vegas…

Muscle is still a commodity…

It still baffles how many people still take there health with a grain oaf salt.

The harsh reality is you only get one shot at life and the fact that
most just let their bodies go to shit is disturbing.

Make sure you are not one of them and bust your ass in the gym
and eat good foods.

It isn’t rocket science folks…

Hit the gym 3-5 days a week…

Do some form of cardio regularly…

Avoid processed crap…

And magically you will be blessed with some muscle :)
