They Always Lack 1 Thing…

What’s up,

It’s weird…

I mean everyday some new type of muscle building system or fat loss program comes out and makes a lot of bold claims.

Pack on 10lbs of muscle in a week…

Lose 30lbs in a month…

Get abs without doing anything…

Now normally I give these program the benefit of doubt and like to see what they are about…

Most always lack 1 thing…

They never have you lifting heavy.

Now I don’t know how long you have been lifting.

For me now it is going on around 10 years.

Over that time frame I have tried a lot of stuff.

But one thing I never stopped doing was lifting heavy weight.

I read a quote yesterday that I really liked:

“Load the bar with the basics, spend the next month trying to set a new PR.”

That is a powerful quote.

So if your gains are stalled…

Or you are frustrated with your current program…

Always remember… strive to put 5 more lbs on the bar.

If you aim for this…

Muscle will always follow shortly behind.
