One of things I feel most people lack these days is that champion
Since you are reading this email I can only assume you will do
whatever it takes to succeed in life and training.
It really is sad to see so many people give up when shit gets a
little uncomfortable or things just don’t go their way.
I admire those that sacrifice whatever they can to achieve a goal.
That is why I am a big fan of IFBB pro Ben Pakulski.
He has the champion mindset.
I was watching his documentary again last night (yes it’s that good

He said “I don’t want to be the best or biggest guy in the gym.”
“I want to be the best in the world.”
But it wasn’t just the words that came out.
You have to see the conviction on his face.
That is something you just don’t see these days.
It is things like this that I like to learn and watch from those guys
out there doing big things.
I urge you to grab a copy of Bens Documentary “The Debut”
And see just what goes into being a champion.
Then go out and accomplish whatever it is you set out to do.
