I am getting ready to head out to the gym
and hit my Overhead press day…
I gotta say…
If you are not putting in the work on the Military
Press you are slacking big time.
Like the Bench, Squat, and The Deadlift, the old
Over head press is a huge weapon in your muscle
So don’t slack off…
Make sure you are pressing weight over your head
at least once a week.
it will only make you more Jacked :)…
