By far I feel it is one of my best ones yet.

I feel the benefits for maintaining a diet lower in fat are far
more then eating no carbs and high fat.

(The high fat diet is becoming increasingly more popular due to
the popularity of the paleo diet.)

I urge you to give a lower fat diet a try. I like to stick to around around
60-70 grams of fat daily.

For me this is the sweet spot. I stay full and avoid any useless
bloat.
