I wanted to give you guys a sweet little tip I have used
over the past to help blow past any type of stagnation.
I have found that the more pull ups you can do is directly
related to how jacked you are.
So if your chin up numbers are lacking…
Try this for one month.
Aim to do 200 pull ups per week.
broken down it works out to 4 sets of 10 if you train 5 days
I would just add these throughout your current workout or do
them at the end.
Either way just aim to do 200 a week for the next 4 weeks.
You will be pleasantly surprised at the results.
