What’s up,

Ever had a moment that you were too busy to lift?

Maybe you took on a side job to make ends meet?

Maybe life is just getting in the way of your training?

Look I have been there…

I can relate.

Sometimes it is just impossible to get into the gym 4 days a week.

Now I wish I could say I have never felt this before…

But i would be lying.

Times when life gets in the way is a perfect time to implement body weight training.

A good little program to follow would be 2 days of  body weight training at home…

And 2 days in the gym hitting your major lifts.
