My Fasting Protocol To Go From 215-195lbs

What’s up,

First off I just want to say thank you to all of you who sent positive emails to me about my transformation.

I had quite a few questions come in about certain aspects so I will do my best to answer them.

One question that kept getting asked is about my intermittent fasting.

I incorporated fasting during the last 6 weeks or so and think that that has been the reason I have dropped the last few lbs so quickly.

You see before I started fasting on Monday and Friday I was hovering at around 210lbs.

so to get from 210lbs to my current weight of 195…

I simply stopped eating sunday night at around 10pm and didn’t eat until after my workout Monday around 6pm.

I did the same thing on Friday.

That is it.

As for my workout during this phase…

I followed Visual Impact Muscle phase 3.

That is it.
