So last year was a pretty big year for me…
I was reviewing my goals for last year this morning and I had to tell you about the 1 thing I did that made the difference for me in 2013…
The difference came in April…
I decided to swallow my pride and hire a coach.
I dropped a nice chunk of change and hired an established nutritionist to teach me how to properly count my macro nutrients.
This is what made the difference and I dropped down from 225lbs to 195lbs.
This for me was no easy feat.
Hiring the coach was a way for me to let go and just follow someone else’s advice.
As you know it is almost like the smarter you get the less you follow your own advice.
This is how i felt.
So by putting some skin in the game and dropping down my credit card it was go time.
I had no choice but to listen to my coach and get the results I wanted.
Guess what happened?..
I achieved the results I wanted.
For the first time in my life I could see my abs.
I don’t know about you but this was a goal of mine for many years.
And I firmly believe it was the accountability of my weekly check ins and putting my skin in the game that made all the difference.
So being that today is January 2nd…
It is a fresh start.

I have decided to open up what I am calling The GQ Lifestyle Coaching program to 5 lucky individuals.
I put the limit at 5 people because I don’t want to get too overwhelmed as I will be spending quite a bit of time helping each lucky individual.
I haven’t ironed out the exact specifications of what will be included in the coaching but here is what I have so far…
The coaching will last 3 months…
It will consist of 3 phone or Skype consultations.
I will personally map out your workout program depending on your goals for the next 3 months.
I will personally help you understand how to live a flexible dieting lifestyle by mapping out and explaining macro nutrient ratios to you. (This is what really helped me)
You will be getting unlimited email access to me to answer any and all questions you may need throughout the 3 months of coaching.

I am also going to be teaching you what I have learned in regards to Mens style and how to properly dress for your body type.
Side note: learning about mens style is another breakthrough thing I did last year that has changed my life just as much as getting lean.)
