Since you read my emails I can only assume you are in great shape.
I mean working out is just a small part of living an amazing life.
I believe self confidence is the most important aspect.
It is also what I see on a daily basis guys lacking A lot.
Now I get it…
Life is tough.
We all have our ups and downs.
I do my best to share my experiences with you and talk about what helps me.
One life experience that destroys self confidence is a break up.
I know this first hand.
I have just recently split up my girlfriend of 2 years.
It fucking sux.
At some point attraction in my relationship failed and this caused us to break up.
