I wanted to share an awesome resource with you guys
that has made keeping a food log very easy…
It is called My Fitness Pal and it logs everything you eat
on a daily basis.
Now obviously you have enter in your foods but with millions
of foods in the database it makes it very easy to keep track
of what your eating.
They have an app for your phone so it’s easy on the go as well
