How To Instantly Get Stronger

Yesterday was just one of those days…

You know…

You wake up feeling crappy…

You got a max deadliest workout scheduled and you know damn
well you don’t feel like lifting anything heavy.

But I just soldiered on thru and hit the gym anyway.

For myself it is days like this that define us.

I could have easily just said screw and sat around and watched
tv…

Nope Thought of that just pissed me off.

So I hit the gym.

I warmed up and everything felt heavy.

135 x 5…

185 x 5…

225 x 3…

280 x 3…

330 x 5…

380 x 3…

Then for my Max set…

I loaded up 425 on the bar and just hated the fact that I needed to
lift it.

So I stared at it…

I knew it was gonna be heavy as hell.

So I tried a little trick I saw on TV.

And boom…

425lbs came up pretty easy.

I was psyched.

Not because I hit my target weight…

But because of what happened.

You see, I watched a TV show the other night called Brain Games.

I know it sounds corny but…

They were doing a study about gorillas and the characteristics of
the most Alpha gorillas.

One study they did involved breathing.

They picked 10 random people and had them set up to go
bungee jumping…

The catch was 5 of the people before ether jumped had to sit on the
ground with there head between their legs for 2 minutes.

Then when they said Jump…

They timed how long it took them.

The average jump time was 15 seconds.

The second group had to stand arms in the shape of a “Y”
and breathe deeply for 2 minutes.

This group jumped in less then 5 seconds.

Pretty cool.

What does this tell us..?

By breathily deeply we achieve a higher status of Alpha Male.

By grounding ourself and our breathing we are able to be more
couragious…

Achieve higher levels of strength…

And have a greater level of clarity…

So I tried this yesterday before my deadlift…

I stood at the bar…

Arms in a “Y” shape…

took 5 deep breathes…

And smashed the weight.

    600 carbs a day MINIMUM. 30 bananas a day is arppox 600carbs a day. I load up on the sugary fruits/juices of whatever I fancy that meal. Its usually bananas and dates. Thats why Im leaner then TMW yet I NEVER have to fast or go on some crazy cutting’ diet. Im just cut all? year long. You can tell it in my face if you watch my vids. Not say’n Im better than anyone. Just say’n.
