How Do You View Your Lifting?

What’s up,

I remember a long time ago when I had a shift in my mindset when it came to lifting weights…

The shift was when I no longer called it “working out” it was now called “training”.

It is kinda crazy to think about…

How do you view your lifting?

It’s from my experience that those that say training are in it for the long term.

They know the value of striving to get stronger, and that it takes years of hard work to achieve there goals.

I know this isn’t what people want you to think…

I mean do you honestly believe in 6 minute abs?

Didn’t think so.

Truth is though…

Most people tend to take there workouts far too serious.

Hell I am guilty of it.

I lost count of how many times I have trained till I puked…

I used to think it was a badge of honor to be sore for 4 days after doing squats.

Truth is though…

That is not always best.

Don’t get me wrong…

The mental toughness you get from a crazy hard workout is something you need to know is there.

You don’t always have to crush yourself every workout.

I can honestly say most people would actually get better result from training less.

Ask yourself?…

Are you getting enough sleep to properly recover from your workouts?

Are you eating enough calories to support muscle growth?

Is your home life a stress free environment?

Now I can speak for myself…

I know that I don’t sleep as much as I should…

And I tend to stress a little too much when it come to building my bizness.

But I used to just fight thru it all and still train my face off.

It wasn’t till a few months ago I decided to chill out a bit and reduce my volume.

What happened was almost mind blowing…

I actually started losing fat.

My strength is slowly climbing as my body fat decreases.

My energy levels are thru the roof.

You must remember life needs balance…

That is why I feel an article like this is imperative for you to read.

==>why you should train less then 90 mins a week

Give it a looksy…

Talk soon,

Ryan
