Easiest Most Effective Dieting Method

What’s up,

I read an article the other day that really went to town bashing
the effectiveness of IIFYM.

For those that don’t know IIFYM = If It Fits Your Macros.

Now the #1 argument I here and it seems everyone writes
about when it comes to this style of dieting says you can’t
eat whatever you want…

A calorie isn’t just a calorie…

etc…

Now I am gonna go out on a limb and say that none of these
people have ever tried this type of eating.

Honestly I think it is by far the easiest and most effective way
to achieve your ideal body composition.

To explain further…

Here is how I currently eat…

My daily Macros are as followed…

60 fats
300 carbs
250 protein

These #’s were laid out to me by my coach.

I specifically asked him what foods can I eat…

His words were….

“Whatever you want, just hit your #’s”

So naturally i tried to do just that…

but what I found was that it is really hard to eat 250
grams of protein and eat crappy food.

Like all things in life…

You need balance.

Yes if you determine what your macros and decide you
want to eat mcdonalds you can.

but you must know that you now have to eat 200 grams
of protein and only have about 15 grams of fat to play with.

It becomes quite fun actually.

So I urge you to give IIFYM a try.

a good place to start when it comes to your own Macros…

60 fats
250 carbs
200 protein

try that for about 2 weeks and monitor your weight.

I like to weigh myself every morning.

Record your weight and see what happens after a few days.

then adjust your #s accordingly.

It really isn’t that hard.

But I can tell ya…

Eating the same thing everyday takes discipline.

It’s not for everybody.
