Cool Little Workout Tweak

What’s up,

I wanted to give you a killer muscle building tip…

If you want to put a crazy little twist on your workouts
give 3 second negatives a try.

Just to clarify…

A 3 second negative is when you explode the weight
up…

And slow and controlled on the way down counting to
3 as you lower the weight.

I actually had Teiko put me thru an Ab workout yesterday
and he literally had me sweeten bullets after 2 minutes.

Instead of 3 sec negatives I did 3 second holds at the
top of each exercise.

Needless to say my abs today feel like the are ripping
from my body.

Enjoy these little sadistic twists to your workouts :).
