I want you to think real hard for a second…
Am I training too hard?
One of the easiest and quickest ways I have found for the
regular guys trying to get their hormones back in check
is to just take an honest look at their lifestyle.
Think about this…
Are you working 40 plus hours a week?
Are you sleeping less then 4 hours a night?
Are you stressed out from dealing with children?
Are you still trying to max out and do crazy card
Are you calorie restricting your diet?
If you said yes to any of those above you may be
Now I say overtrained but this isn’t a free pass to
be a pussy.
But be honest with yourself.
I think you may benefit from just lifting 3 days a week
Give it a try…
Go in on monday and hit military press…
Then wednesday and do some deadlifts…
Finish off Friday with squats…
Now I alo think you need to have some sort of progression
in place so you are improving your strength each session.
But I think the reduction in volume will help.
