What’s up,

First off I just want to say thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I will be posting my daily newsletter each day as well as a ton of educational videos to help you get strong, lean, and live an awesome life.

I will also be showing how to break free from the shackles of mediocrity and create a life of your choice by using the power of the internet to share your passion with the world.

This blog is  a representation of my thoughts and beliefs, so if you are easily offended please leave now. I can’t stand pansies anyway.

    My name is Drew and I have been lifting weights for a very long time. Over this time period I have collected a vast wealth of information on just about any fitness/health related subject you could imagine. Because of my vast knowledge on health and fitness, I feel that writing for your site could benefit your readers immensely, so please let me know if you do allow guest writers on your site. I could literally write about anything – from nutrition, gaining muscle, losing weight and so on. Just let me know!
