I am spending a couple of weeks here in Santa Monica
California with a few buddies…
Usually when I travel I don’t stress too much about my
workouts I just take a couple days off…
This trip is lasting 16 days.
So here is what I have been doing…
I got a guest pass to the fanciest gym here in Santa Monica.
I believe it is called Equinox.
Reason for this is the normal commercial gym is a new feeling
for me considering I train out of Elliott’s Strength Camp gym.
So I have been able to get my normal training in there.
The only issue has been my morning cardio.
Since it is kinda a pain to get to the gym 2 times a day I have
been walking everywhere.
Now I know this isn’t as effective as my daily incline treadmill
walks but heck I am getting shit done.
Now for the fun part…
Since I only have a week at the fancy pants gym…
My workouts next week will be done at the famous muscle
This is an outdoor area with tons of bodyweight equipment,
ropes, rings, and pullup bars.
So I will be hitting up lots of calisthenics and enjoying the
