It’s Like Brushing Your Teeth

What’s up,

I wanted to share a really awesome tip that has helped
me countless times throughout the years.

I don’t have a fancy name for it but it involves creating
habits.

I read an article called 21 days to a better life and it referenced
the act of creating new habits…

Studies have shown that it takes 21 days to ingrain a new
habit to the point were it becomes second nature.

This works for all type of things such as…

Doing cardio.

Daily meditation.

Reading a book.

Eating healthy.

The list is endless…

The whole point is to do something long enough to were it
is second nature as in brushing your teeth and taking a shower.

So I ask what could you do for 21 days to start your path to
a better life?
